Hell Fire

As you know, Melissa and I discussed Hell Fire between our two blogs by Ann Aguirre.

Hell Fire is the second book in the Corine Solomon series. Just like the first, I loved the book. We pick up from the last book where Corine and Chance go back to town where Corine grew up. The town is not what it seems and the two of them soon discover that. Strange things are happening around town. It's either a death, stepford wife, or town's folk not being very polite. That's not going to stop Corine finding out the truth, especially when it could involve her mother's death.

Along the way, Jesse meets up with the two and despite the men and their feelings towards each other. The three work together. Shannon, a girl in town joins them in their quest to find out the truth.

Hopefully Corine finds out the truth before it's too late and she joins her mother.

I love that this book really leaves room for another book. This one gives a storyline that could continue in future books. Not sure if it will be the next one since we still have to finish up a storyline from the first book. Either way, Corine won't be catching any free time to relax.

Which team am I for the men? Still could not tell you. There are moments I'm for Jesse and there are moments for Chance.

Have you read the book? What are your thoughts?

  1. Oooo, I can't wait for book 3! :) I really hope Shannon sticks with Corine. I think she will really make a big difference in Corine. And I still want corine with Chance. ;) Great review.
