The latest book in The Maker's Song series by Adrian Phoenix. This one is the fourth in the series and is titled Etched in Bone. What do I have to say about this one? Loved it! Now comes the tough part, giving a summary without spoiling. If you haven't read the first three books, I would recommend reading them before you read Etched in Bone. If you do read this one first, you would be lost. The series is known for going from character to character. So yup, if you start this one, you'll be really confused. If you have read the books like me, you'll know each character now and it won't bug you. Well okay, it might when you switch to another character and you want to keep reading the previous character.
This one does pick up where we last left off. Dante and Heather go to get Lucien, who was in danger from the previous book. Once they are back in New Orleans, they have to be on alert. The Shadow Branch isn't done with Heather yet and they aren't the only ones who want to take Heather away. In the meantime, between the Fallen, Vampires, and those who are curious, want Dante. Neither of them are safe.
What happens though when people try to split the two up? The world better watch out.
There is so much more I could mention, but seriously. I would feel like I was spoiling the book for you. Even the smallest detail in the book could spoil you.
If you haven't read this series, read it! If you haven't read this book yet but the series, read it! I don't know if I can wait long for the next one. You are definitely left wondering.

This was such an amazing addition to the series and that ending! My goodness! The wait for book 5 is going to drive me nuts LOL! Thanks for the review hon :)
