I'm not sure how this "homecoming" is going to go for Amanda and her mom. Sounds like her mother was a real piece of work.
ReplyDeleteIt could go the way Amanda had pictured it to go. Or since her mother is on her death bed maybe better? I just keep thinking she is on her death bed and there are zombies and a vampire showing up to see her. I just get this feeling that it's going to end with her mother tormenting her forever. But, I'm hoping I'm wrong.
Yeah, I'm really curious to see if there is something else out there after Amanda. Like someone from the first book still after her.
ReplyDeleteI was really curious about Cort from the 7-11. He really seemed weird searching her out like that to just tell her big trouble lays ahead for them. And not really say anything else. And to say he would keep an ear out for her. What was up with that? Why did he go out of his way to find her and tell her? Was it just something to do for him?
Do you think Wendy's telephone psychic told her something about the trip that she's not sharing with the others? I was thinking it was a bill thing. That Wendy owes her some serious cash and hasn't paid yet.
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm waiting for when the telephone psychic will be wrong. As Amanda pointed out she is only mostly write. So there will be a time when she's not. :)
You know I oculd see her mom turning into a ghost, I would feel so bad for Amanda, if that happened.

ReplyDeleteWhich makes me wonder what Wendy knows. Does it involve Amanda? I don't think it's Gil because I'm guessing Wendy would tell Amanda if it was him.
