Her Dark Knight Thoughts

Tonight's book is Sharon Cullen's, Her Dark Knight. If you wanted a good romance, you might just like this one.

Madelaine found a job working for a woman she can't stand. She had to keep telling herself that she needed this job to help her father who is currently in the nursing home. One night, her boss decided to send her to a club to have Christien, the owner of the club, sign some papers. The moment he locks on Madelaine though, he wonders. Could this be his lost love? The woman he once loved seven hundred years ago?

Christien isn't sure what to think of this woman who has walked into his life. Who is she and what could she want? Did someone send her to him on purpose?

Both of them struggled for awhile. Madelaine wasn't sure what to think. What do the dreams mean? Did she have a past life? Maybe she is the woman Christien once loved. Either way, both will have to find true love once again before it's too late.

Christien's job is to protect the treasure of the Templars and Madelaine might just be the woman to help him out or make things a lot worse for him.

I enjoyed the love story between the two characters. I do wish though there might have been more of a plot. It was there but I felt like I missed out on something. I know it's a romance and this is one where you will get lots of romance but I guess there is still that part of me who enjoys action with their romance.

It was a nice break from my usual paranormal reads. I wouldn't mind checking to see what else the author has out there.
