The Dangerous Book of Demon Slayer

Today's book is The Dangerous Book for Demon Slayers by Angie Fox.

So what would you do if you had to get a permit to be a demon slayer? Now that Lizzie knows what she is, she has to have a permit. Things don't go smoothly though. She has to deal with a test but also her uncle is missing. Not just missing, but with a succubus.

She'll find herself going to Las Vegas with her grandmother and witch friends. Oh and let's not forget her sexy griffin shapeshifter, Dimitri.

What does the succubus want? Is Lizzie in for a long ride? What happens when Dimitri is in trouble? Better yet, what's going on with Lizzie's power? Is she turning evil?

This book is the second book in the series and picks up after the first one. I enjoyed this one just like the last. You get romance, some action, and even humor. Who doesn't love a talking dog?

You could probably read this one without reading the first one. You do get a back story of the first book but I would say go for it. Read the first book, if you haven't.

As always, Adrian Phoenix can do no wrong. The Maker's Song might be my favorite series by her, but this one is following close behind. I really hope the third book isn't far away. If you haven't read the series yet, I would say go for it.
